Shared Services for Charities Limited, accepts donations via Singapore bank issued cheques ONLY and can be done as follows:

1. Bearer cheques shall be made out to “Shared Services for Charities Limited”
2. All cheque donations above Singapore Dollars Fifty (S$50) will be entitled to 250% tax relief on their donation
3. To facilitate the issue of a tax relief receipt, the following personal data are required:
   • Full Name as in NRIC
   • NRIC Number
   • Postal Address
   • Email Address
   • Mobile Telephone Number
4. All information provided by the donor will be used solely to fulfil their donation and not shared for any reason unless permission is granted by the donor
5. All request to remain anonymous shall be honoured
6. Shared Services for Charities does not share or sell donors list
7. Donors who supply SSC with their postal and email addresses and mobile telephone number, may be contacted periodically for solicitation purposes and/or with information regarding upcoming events
8. Donors may request to be permanently removed from the mailing list by contacting us via email, postal mail or telephone
9. All requests to be removed from SSC’s mailing list shall be honoured
10. Donors who provide SSC with their email address, mobile telephone number, may request that they not be contacted for telephone fund-raising purpose
11. SSC shall at all times comply with the Personal Data Protection Act
